3D Printing

In recent years, 3D printing has become increasingly popular and has taken an important place in certain areas of pre-visualization. Due to its efficiency and fast feasibility, 3D printing is a cost-effective method to print various products, such as prototypes as 3D objects. However, 3D printing makes sense not only for illustration, but also for certain spare parts. Meanwhile, the aerospace, medical and also many other industries use 3D printing to produce cheap and durable parts with the various plastic materials.

Individual tool prototypes

Our thermoforming lines are constantly confronted with new challenges. We create a tool for each individual part in order to implement series production with it. However, we take care of the smallest detail in this tool, so that your product can be manufactured in the best possible way. To guarantee this quality, we provisionally create a prototype for a first test during thermoforming. With today’s technology of 3D printing, this step can be realized in a shorter time while maintaining the same quality.

New applications using 3D printing

The 3D printing brings with its very young and modern technology some new applications for us. With the help of our state-of-the-art equipment, we are able to print even complicated parts. In dentistry today, denture impressions are printed in the 3D printer and then processed further. Meanwhile, even individual teeth are printed that are used in the mouth. But even toothbrushes and other parts can be implemented easily. But not only in dentistry, the 3D printing process facilitates many processes.
